Tweeters are going in the dash, the 6.5s in the doors, and the 6x8s in the rear next to the seats. Hopefully it sounds good. Dad’s never messed with tweeters, and I’ve never messed with speakers.

Might get a bit too bright/harsh with all those tweeters, preferably would have picked a components(tweeter+front midrange speakers) as a kit. But if it’s too much you can always EQ it or snip the tweeter in the front doors :) Old enough car to not need any fancy spacers/brackets for speakers i assume?

I need some less terrible speakers for my 85 Jaguar; only problem is factory door holes are for 4”. I listen to mostly classical so I don’t need a ton of bass, but I can’t picture anything in 4” size producing anything that could even be described as “mid-bass”. I think it’s going to have to have a small sub stuffed under one of the seats.

Suggestions anyone?
